The First Step of the Production Process: Design and Engineering

Production begins with CAD/CAM design technologies. At this stage, the dimensions, angles and mounting points of the brackets are determined with millimetric precision. Sunflex develops aesthetic and functional designs that suit user needs.

Cutting and Styling

The brackets, whose design is completed, are processed in laser cutting machines. Laser cutting cuts the material precisely and smoothly, improving installation fit. Then, shaping is done with pressing machines. This process ensures high durability of the bracket during assembly.

Welding and Assembly Preparation

Bracket parts are combined with robotic welding technology. This method minimizes human error and provides more robust and homogeneous welding points. After welding, the parts are subjected to quality control before assembly.

Surface Preparation: Sandblasting and Cleaning

Before assembly, the brackets are sandblasted to remove any surface roughness and make them suitable for paint coating. This stage ensures maximum adhesion of the coating to the metal surface.

Coating Process: Cataphoresis and Electrostatic Powder Coating

Catophoresis coating is the basic step that protects brackets from rust. Then, electrostatic powder paint is applied to provide both aesthetic appearance and UV protection. This double-layer protection guarantees the long life of the brackets.

Quality Control and Tests

At every stage of the production process, brackets are subjected to durability and corrosion tests. Sunflex only sells products that have passed all quality tests.

Packing and Shipping

Brackets that pass quality control are packaged in scratch-proof packaging and delivered to customers. In this way, products are delivered to the assembly area without any problems.
