Sunflex.com purchases may be cancelled within 14 days in accordance with Article 48/3 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (TKHK) if you are not satisfied with the product.

Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- An invoice proving the purchase must be provided.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery.
Important Note:
Returns not shipped within 5 days will be cancelled. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
To request a return, contact our customer representatives within 14 days after delivery to create your return request immediately.
- After your return request is processed, please ship your product within 5 days.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by our company, the refund process will be initiated.
- The product price will typically be reflected in your account within 8 business days.
Exchange
Our Sunflex products are prepared for shipment after final quality checks by our quality department. If any damage or missing parts are detected in delivered products, please document them with a detailed description and photos and contact our customer representatives immediately.
