Article 2 – Subject

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, invoicing information and shipping fee of the product(s) purchased electronically are described below. The invoiced person must be the same as the person making the agreement. The information provided must be correct and complete. The buyer accepts full liability for damages resulting from incorrect or missing information.

The pre-information on http://www.sunflex.com.tr and the invoice issued upon the buyer's order are an integral part of this agreement.

Article 4 - Contract Date and Force Majeure

The contract date is the date the buyer placed the order.

Article 5 - Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal

5.1 RETURNS

For purchases made via Sunflex.com, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 days without any condition in accordance with TKHK Article 48/3.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• The invoice proving the sale must be presented

5.2 EXCHANGE

Products purchased through Sunflex.com.tr are not exchangeable. If the buyer requests an exchange, the product must be returned and a new purchase must be made.

5.3 WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days from the date of delivery to the buyer or the person at the address indicated by the buyer, without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

Article 6 - Warranty

All warranty obligations of Sunflex are limited, at Sunflex's discretion, to five (5) years for brackets and two (2) years for shades.

Article 7 - Privacy

Information provided by the buyer for this contract and payment will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Article 9 - Competent Court

For enforcement of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade and Consumer Courts in the buyer's or seller's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
