Definitions

In these Terms, Vega Yapısal Ürünler San. ve Tic. A.Ş will be referred to as the "Company", sunflex.com as the "Site", and visitors to the website as "Users".

This agreement imposes rights and obligations on the parties regarding the Site and its services, and by accepting the agreement the parties declare that they will fulfill these obligations accurately and on time under the terms set forth herein.

Responsibilities

The Company reserves the right to change prices and the offered products and services at any time. The Company undertakes to provide services to the member except in the case of technical failures.

The User agrees not to reverse engineer the Site or attempt to obtain source code or perform any other action for such purposes; otherwise the User will be responsible for any damages to third parties and may face legal action.

The User shall not produce or share content that is immoral, illegal, infringing on third parties' rights, misleading, abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, infringing copyrights, or promoting illegal activities. The Site may suspend or terminate such accounts and initiate legal proceedings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights on this Site, including but not limited to titles, trade names, trademarks, patents, logos, designs, information and methods, whether registered or unregistered, belong to the Site operator and owner or to the respective parties, and are protected by national and international law. Visiting or using the services of this Site does not grant any rights regarding these intellectual property rights.

Information on the Site may not be reproduced, published, copied, presented or transmitted in any form or by any means. The Site or parts of it may not be used on any other internet site without permission.

Confidential Information

The Company will not disclose personal information provided by users to third parties. These personal data include name-surname, address, phone number, mobile phone, email address and other information identifying the User, collectively referred to as "Confidential Information".

The User consents to the Company using their contact, portfolio status and demographic information within promotional, advertising, campaign, and announcement activities and sharing them with affiliates or group companies for these purposes.

Confidential Information may only be disclosed to official authorities if requested in accordance with the applicable mandatory legislation.

No Warranty

This clause shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Registration & Security

The User must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement may be considered breached and the User's account may be closed without notice. The User is responsible for account and password security.

Product Pricing

The Company reserves the right to change product prices on the Site at any time without prior notice. The Company confirms the sale on the Site after payment is received.

If the price displayed in any advertisement differs from the price on the Site, the price on the Site shall prevail.

The Company is not responsible for price differences between other sales channels. Installation and timber are not included in the prices on the Site. For international sales, shipping and tax costs are borne by the customer.

Product Description

The Company strives to describe products as accurately as possible but does not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete or up-to-date. Users can contact the Company if they find product descriptions insufficient.

Product Images

The Company attempts to present products with high-quality, descriptive images. However, display quality may vary depending on the user's monitor, and the Company is not responsible for such differences.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or theft remains with the Company until the product is delivered to the User. After delivery, the risk transfers to the User.

Force Majeure

If obligations cannot be performed due to events beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, fire, explosions, wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, infrastructure or internet outages, power cuts, the parties shall not be liable and obligations shall be suspended.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The Company is not responsible for ownership of returned products until they are received. RETURN & EXCHANGE page for details.

Entire Agreement & Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Notices

All notices related to this Agreement shall be sent to the Company's known email address and the user's email address provided in the membership form. The User acknowledges that the address provided during registration is a valid notice address and agrees to notify the other party in writing within 5 days of any change; otherwise notices sent to that address will be deemed valid.

Evidence Agreement

For any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement, the parties' books, records and documents, as well as computer and fax records, shall be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 and the User agrees not to object to such records.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Central) Courthouse and Enforcement Offices.
