Sunflex brackets are produced with 2.5 mm sheet metal laser cutting, bending, laser full welding, grinding, sandblasting, cataphoresis process, and 7016 anthracite electrostatic oven paint. It is resistant to salt water environment for 10 years. Gripping the timber from four sides forms the basis of the pergola's durability.
