Article 2 – Subject

The type and type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, person to receive delivery, delivery address, invoice information and shipping fee of the product(s) purchased electronically are as follows. The person to be invoiced and the person making the contract must be the same. The information below must be accurate and complete. The buyer agrees to fully cover any damages that may arise from situations where this information is incorrect or incomplete, and the buyer also accepts any liability that may arise from this situation.

Article 4- Contract Date and Force Majeure

Article 5- Right of Product Return, Exchange and Withdrawal

5.1 RETURN

After the purchase made via Sunflex.com, if the BUYER is not satisfied with the product, you have the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 days, without any conditions, in accordance with Article 48/3 of the TKHK.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging
• An invoice proving the sale is required.

5.2 CHANGE

Products purchased through Sunflex.com.tr website cannot be exchanged. BUYER returns the product if he/she requests replacement. Makes a repeat purchase for the new product.

5.3 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – WITHDRAWAL

5.3.1 Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days from the date on which the product subject to the contract is delivered to him or the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

Article 6 - Warranty

All warranty obligations of Sunflex are limited to five (5) years for Brackets and two (2) years for Shades, at Sunflex's discretion.

Article 7 – Confidentiality

The information specified in this contract and the information provided by the buyer to the seller for the purpose of payment will not be shared with third parties by the seller.

Article 9 - Competent Court

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
