First Step of the Production Process: Design and Engineering

Production begins with CAD/CAM design technologies. At this stage, the dimensions, angles and mounting points of the brackets are determined with millimetric precision. Sunflex develops aesthetic and functional designs that suit user needs.

Cutting and Shaping

The brackets, whose design is completed, are processed in laser cutting machines. Laser cutting cuts the material precisely and smoothly, improving installation fit. Then, shaping is done with pressing machines. This process ensures that the bracket has high durability during assembly.

Welding and Assembly Preparation

The bracket parts are combined with robotic welding technology. This method minimizes human error and provides more robust and homogeneous welding points. After welding, the parts are subjected to quality control before assembly.

Surface Preparation: Sandblasting and Cleaning

Before assembly, the brackets are subjected to a sandblasting process to remove any surface irregularities and make them suitable for paint coating. This stage ensures maximum adhesion of the coating to the metal surface.

Coating Process: Catophoresis and Electrostatic Powder Paint

Catophoresis coating is the basic step that protects the brackets against rust. Then, electrostatic powder paint is applied to provide both aesthetic appearance and UV protection. This double-layer protection guarantees the long life of the brackets.

Quality Control and Tests

At every stage of the production process, the brackets are subjected to durability and corrosion tests. Sunflex only sells products that pass all quality tests.

Packing and Shipment

Brackets that pass quality control are packaged in scratch-proof packaging and delivered to customers. In this way, products are delivered to the assembly area without any problems.
