RETURN AND EXCHANGE
After the purchase made via Sunflex.com.tr, if you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 days, without any conditions, in accordance with Article 48/3 of the TKHK.

Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- An invoice showing that the sale has been made is required to be presented.
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Important Note:
The return process will be canceled for products that are not shipped within 5 days. Shipping costs for product returns belong to the customer.
Return Process
For a refund, you can contact our customer representatives within 14 days after delivery and create your return request immediately.
After your return request is processed, ship your product within 5 days.
The refund process is initiated after the product returned by our company is received from the cargo and the necessary inspections are made.
The product price will be reflected in your account within an average of 8 business days.
Change
Our Sunflex products are prepared for shipment after final checks by our quality department. If any damage or missing parts are detected in the delivered products, you can document it with a detailed description and photographs and immediately contact our customer representatives.
